Culinary enthusiasts seeking to enhance their skills in Brunch style or charcuterie & cheese presentation.
Participants will learn about the various ingredients commonly used in grazing boards, including cured meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits, nuts, spreads, and accompaniments like olives and honey. They will also discover how to carefully select ingredients to create visually appealing combinations.
A significant focus of the workshop is on presentation and arrangement techniques.
Overall, our grazing board workshop offers a fun and interactive learning experience for participants to unleash their creativity, refine their culinary skills, and discover the art of creating stunning charcuterie and cheese displays.
